Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican-born American who was born and raised in El Paso. There are entertainment genes within her family. As a young child she has grown up with television hosts, such as Karla Martnez (Host the Univision show Despierta America! (1997)) as well as family musicians and guitarists. Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the country. He is responsible for the company's programs and activities which focus on worker safety, company security and resilience which are key issues for SCE. Martinez will provide safety executives with guidance and the programs they need to achieve workgroup safety goals. Martinez served as director of Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE prior to his current job. Before that, he was the director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. Over the 30-year period at SCE Martinez was in various positions of leadership within programs aimed at improving performance and corrective actions. This included positions with the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS that focused on the protection of employees and public.
